Cancellation Policy

Please read this Payment & Cancellation Policy carefully. By booking an appointment or purchasing any services from Preppy Paws, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services. Payment For Services: We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and any other payment options as indicated on our website or in-store. Full payment for services rendered is due at the time of pick-up unless otherwise arranged in writing. Service Pricing: Prices listed on our website or promotional materials may be subject to change without prior notice. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your pet’s appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge a Late Cancellation Fee. No-Show Policy: A “no-show” occurs when you fail to arrive for the scheduled appointment and have not provided any advance notice of cancellation or rescheduling. If you are a no-show, we reserve the right to charge a No-Show Fee. Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for our training services. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your pet’s training, we will make every reasonable effort to address and resolve your concerns—whether through additional training sessions, adjusting our approach, or offering other accommodations. Liability & Safety: Assumption of Risk- You acknowledge that participation in training sessions involves interaction with other animals and people, which carries inherent risks. You agree to assume all such risks. Liability Waiver- By participating in our training services, you release Preppy Paws, its employees, and representatives from any liability related to injuries, losses, or damages arising from training sessions unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Expectations & Responsibilities Client Participation- Success in training depends on consistent practice and reinforcement at home. You are encouraged to follow through with any homework, exercises, or guidelines provided by our trainers. Pet Behavior & Health- You agree to disclose any known behavioral issues, aggression, or medical conditions prior to enrolling your pet.
